PAZHANKANJI



Method


In a pot add leftover rice add enough drinking water.To it add crushed green chillies and small onions. Cover and keep aside for about 7 hours.

Plain Curd:

We have to make curd also. For this first boil the milk in high flame. Stir occasionally. After boiled keep it in low flame for 5 more minutes.

Cool upto luke warm. Pour in a container and add 1 tbs curd to it. Mix well.
Cover & set aside for about 7 hours.


After 7 hours the curd is ready.

After 7 hours:
In a deep plate add pazhankanji.
To this add pickle(അച്ചാർ),
boiled & spiced tapioca (കപ്പ വേവിച്ചത്), Curd (തൈര്), Green chilly (പച്ചമുളക്), fried Curd chilly(തൈരു മുളക് വറുത്തത്), Fried dry fish(ഉണക്കമീൻ വറുത്തത്).
Mix all together and enjoy the delicious Pazhankanji.
