PAAL PAYASAM (പാൽപ്പായസം)




Ingredients

4  cup milk (പാൽ)
1 cup sugar (പഞ്ചസാര )
1/2 cup payasam rice ( ഉണക്കലരി)

Method




Pour milk add sugar and rice in a cooker. Heat it in high flame. Stir to avoid burning. When it becomes hot close the cooker with the  lid. When the steam slowly comes from the whistle hole put the whistle and change the flame to low. Cook for half an hour like this and off the stove. Let it sit like this for one hour . After one hour we can open the lid and the payasam is ready. Then we can serve it.
