Vegetable Burger


Burger patties
Ingredients
beetroot 400gm
carrot 200gm
dal 300gm
All these things should be boiled separately adding  salt and little bit of turmeric powder.
Boiled potato-250gm
Garam Masala-1tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Maida for batter.
Bread crumbs as needed.
Method

First in a bowl mash the potatoes and put all the ingredients one by one. Mix well .Take small portion and press with hand to make a patty
We have to make a thick batter with  2 tbs maida, 1 tbs cornflour and a pinch salt. .Take some bread crumbs in a plate..Take cheese .
Take one patty slowly put it in maida batter then coat with bread crumbs.
If you want to store these patties then separate with butter paper and put it in a container and keep in the freezer.
Take one breaded patty and put this in hot oil and fry till golden brown on both sides.Put the cheese on top while the patty is hot otherwise it would not melt and stick.. If You like you can substitute maida mix with beaten eggs.

Assembling the burger

Then we have to set the burger. First take the burger bun and cut it into half. Toast the cut edges and put aside.
Take some grated cabbage and mix with mayonise. Here I am using eggless mayonise you can use which one you want egg mayo or eggless. Mix some ketchup and mayonise in another bowl.. Take some pickled onion ( mix some viniger salt and sugar and put the onion in it.It is pickled onion)
Take the bottom half of burger bun add cabbage mayo mix. Then put the patties over it, put some tomatoes pickled  onions. Spread some ketchup mayo mix to the uper half and cover the burger . Tasty vegetable burger is ready
