POTATO CHIPS

Ingredients
Potato (ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങ്)
Oil(എണ്ണ)
Chilly powder(മുളക്‌പൊടി)
സാലഡ് (ഉപ്പ്‌)

Method

Firstly, peel the skin of the  potato. Wash thoroughly and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Slice the potato as thin as possible. Drop the sliced potato into hot oil without overcrowding. Stir occasionally and fry on medium flame. Fry until the chips turn crispy.
Once you have finished frying all the slices,toss the salt and chilli powder to the chips and mix well.  Store the potato chips in airtight box and serve as needed
