EGG ROAST
Egg (മുട്ട) 3 nos
finely chopped onions (സബോള ചെറുതായി അരിഞ്ഞത്) 3 nos
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) 4 nos
greenchillies (പച്ചമുളക്) 3 nos
salt (ഉപ്പ്) to taste
kashmeeri chilly powder (കശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി) 2tsp
a pinch of turmeric powder ( മഞ്ഞൾപ്പൊടി)
garam masala (ഗരം മസാല) 1 tsp
Firstly boil the eggs and peeled it and set aside.
In a hot pan pour some oil. When the oil become hot add finely chopoed onions in it then add chopped garlic and then add cut greenchillies and saute well. Add some salt this will help the sauting process faster. When the onion saute enough add two teaspoons of kashmeeri chilly powder, then add a pinch of turmeric powder and 1 tsp of garam masala. Mix well, add some water and saute the masalas until oil starts to appear. Then add enough water to cook onion. Cover and boil. When the onion cooked enough add boiled and peeled eggs after putting some cuts to it. When the masalas are coated the eggs well add a pinch of sugar to it to adjust the taste. Turn of the stove. Serve hot with appam idiappam etc.
