Ingredients
Chicken
Curd
Red Chilli sauce
Water
Salt
Soak for 20 min
Maida:Cornflour- 2:1 ratio
Oil
Cornflakes
Egg 2
Milk 2 tbs

Method
Make small cuts in chicken. In a bowl mix curd, chillisauce , salt for taste and water .Dip the chicken pieces in it and put aside atleast 20 min. In a plate mix maida and corn flour. After 20 min take chicken from it and gently squeeze to remove excess curd . Put this chicken pieces into maida cornflour mix and cover with it and set aside.
In another bowl beat egg milk and salt.
Take cornflakes in a plate and crushed it.
Heat oil in a big kadai. Take chicken piece one by one and dip in beaten egg milk mixture. Then coat every piece one by one in crushed cornflakes and put it in hot oil for frying. The oil temperature must be medium.
Fry both sides until it became golden brown colour. Broasted chicken is ready.
Serve it with garlic sauce.
