CARROT HALWA
Ingredients
Grated Carrots 2cup
Ghee 2 tbs + 1tbs
Milk 1 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Cashew nuts & Raisins
Method
First peel and grate the carrots. In a hot pan add grated carrots.
Add ghee and saute. Then add the milk and boil the carrots in milk. Stir occasionally. When milk fully evaporated add sugar. Mix well. Stir continuesly. When it becomes dry add one tbs ghee and stir well.Add cardamom powder.
Then add cashew nuts and raisins.
Carrot halwa is ready.
