Gulab jamun


Ingredients

Milk powder (പാൽപ്പൊടി) 3/4 cup 
ghee (നെയ്യ്) 1 tbs
normal temp milk( പാൽ) 1/4 cup
Maida   (മൈദ) 1 1/2 tbs
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
A pinch of salt

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp  cardamom powder

Method
In a pan add  Milk powder  and normal temp milk Mix well. On the flame  Stir continuously  and  add ghee. Off the flame when it become like smooth dough .
Mix maida, Baking powder and a pinch of salt . Add this to the dough and mix well and make small balls .
in a pan sugar and  water stir and boil. Wnen it becomes syrupy constituency turn off the flame and add  cardamom powder.
Fry the gulab jamun balls in a low flame  till golden brown. 


Add the fried jamun in sugar syrup and boil for about 2 minutes.


Serve after 3 -4 hours when it becomes juicy.
